The Safety Declaration of hydraulic structures is the main document justifying the safety of hydraulic structures, their compliance with safety criteria, the project, the requirements for ensuring the safety of hydraulic structures established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as determining the nature and scale of possible emergencies and measures to ensure safe operation.
Institute of Safety of Hydraulic Structures carries out a full list of works on declaring the safety of hydraulic structures, accidents of which can lead to an emergency, which is mandatory for their design, operation, conservation and liquidation (Federal Law "On the Safety of Hydraulic Structures" dated 07/21/1997 N 117-FL). All hydraulic structures safety declarations developed by us have passed the state examination and the administrative procedure for approving the hydraulic structures safety declaration (Russian technical supervision Order No. 312 dated 08/12/2015 "On Approval of the Administrative Regulations of the Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision for the provision of public services for the approval of safety declarations of supervised hydraulic structures in operation" (Registered with the Ministry of Justice Russia 26.01.2016 N 40783).
